What we collect and why

• If you book a call or submit a form, we collect your name, work email, company, role and anything you write in the form. We use this to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and performance of a contract where one follows.
• If you receive an email from us that you did not request, we obtained your business contact details from publicly available professional sources. We contact you because we believe our service is relevant to your role. Legal basis: legitimate interest. You can opt out at any time using the link in the email or by writing to us, and we will not contact you again.
• Our website uses cookieless analytics. We see aggregate page views and referrers. We do not set tracking cookies and do not need your consent to do this.

Who we share it with

Our scheduling provider (Cal.com), our form provider, our email provider and our hosting provider (Vercel), each acting on our instructions. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data for 12 months from last contact. Client data for the duration of the engagement and the retention period required for export-control records, currently five years.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to our use of your information. Write to hello@clearenduse.com and we will respond within one month.
